ORGAN RESTORATION APPEAL

WHAT YOU COULD DO FOR US

Well, frankly, we need money! And every little helps. A member of our congregation recently ran the London Marathon to raise money to start the organ fund. We are very grateful to Tony Jeffs for his mammoth effort. See more on his JustGiving crowdfunding page.

Tony's crowdfunding page is now closed. He raised over £530 for the Appeal.

We are also most grateful that, on his death, the family of Ron Cooper, a member of our choir, donated a substantial amount to the organ restoration fund.

But almost £80,000 is a lot of money to find and we do need all the help we can get to preserve the traditional sound that has been heard in Castle Bromwich for the past 200 years. Every little really does help!

DONATIONS

We are not able to take donations online from this website. If you would like to donate to the restoration of our historic organ, please get in touch with us via our church website - www.stmaryandstmargaret.co.uk/contacts

Come and hear the organ in action

The organ is played every Sunday at the 10 am Parish Communion service as it has been since it was installed some 200 years ago. Church-goer or not, you are very welcome to come and join us.
